To ensure a fair, transparent and long-term partnership, you must adhere to several key promotional guidelines. They apply to both programs and both products. Using unauthorized promotion is a reason for commissions to be rejected.
Key prohibitions
- No self-referrals: you are strictly forbidden from signing up through your own affiliate link, and commissions from such orders will be rejected.
- No brand bidding in paid ads: you may not bid on FTMO-branded keywords (for example ‘FTMO’, ‘FTMO US’, ‘FTMO Challenge’, ‘FTMO Futures¹’) in any paid advertising campaigns. This is considered a serious violation.
- No brand impersonation: you must not create websites, social media profiles or advertisements that could mislead users into believing they are official FTMO channels.
- No false claims about FTMO’s products or about discounts: misleading advertising can result in the termination of your Affiliate profile.
Using your rewards
When you receive a free FTMO product as a reward, you can use it yourself or give it away to your friends or followers. From the moment you receive the reward, any plan to use it as a giveaway, for example a contest, raffle or promotion, must first be reviewed and approved by the Affiliate Manager.
