How do I withdraw my reward?

Although FTMO Verified Prop Traders trade with simulated capital only, they are entitled to receive a Reward in the form of real money once they generate a profit on their FTMO Rewards Account, provided all Trading Objectives are fulfilled and the Signal Provider Terms and Conditions are followed.

Steps of the Reward withdrawal process

1. You request a Reward claim in the Account MetriX. This can be done on the 14th or any following day after the first placed trade on the specific account. All open positions and pending orders must be closed before requesting the Reward. If you trade on an FTMO Instant Account and have not completed the FTMO Identity (identity verification) yet, you will be asked to complete it when you request your first Reward. We cannot start processing your Reward until your FTMO Identity is approved.
2. After you submit the withdrawal request, we will review your account and notify you within 1–2 business days.
3. Once we approve your Reward, you can submit all necessary information for the withdrawal in the FTMO Verified Prop Traders section. As part of the first Reward payment process, you must submit the IRS Form W-9 and provide proof of ownership of the U.S. bank account where you wish to receive your Reward. If you are unable to do so, you will not be eligible to receive any Rewards. Following this process, the Reward is typically sent within 1–2 business days after the invoice is approved.

Warning: When making a Reward withdrawal from an FTMO Rewards Account, obtained via the FTMO Instant Account product, your Maximum Loss Limit does not reset. It is your responsibility to ensure the Reward withdrawal does not result in a breach of the Trading Objectives.

Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Rewards can be paid out via Revolut bank wire transfer. FTMO US does not charge any additional commissions for Reward withdrawals. Note that due to transaction fees, there is a minimum closed profit requirement of at least $20 for bank wire withdrawals, to cover the cost of the transaction.

Reward Ratios and Account Growth

• FTMO Rewards Account initiated from the 1-Step FTMO Challenge and FTMO Instant Account: You receive a Reward according to 90% of the simulated profit.
• FTMO Rewards Account initiated from the 2-Step FTMO Challenge: By default, you receive a Reward according to 80% of the simulated profit. If the Scaling Plan or Premium Program conditions are met, the Reward Ratio is increased to 90%.

Reward Rollover

FTMO Verified Prop Traders on FTMO Rewards Accounts initiated from the 2-Step FTMO Challenge can request to roll over their Reward to the subsequent FTMO Rewards Account. Before the Rollover, the standard applicable Reward Ratio is applied. However, once the FTMO Verified Prop Trader decides to withdraw rolled-over Reward, the Reward Ratio is 100% to avoid reducing the Reward by the Reward Ratio twice.

The minimum rollover amount is $20.

FTMO Points

Instead of a Reward payout, you can choose to receive your Reward (in whole or in part) as FTMO Points during the Reward processing. One FTMO Point equals 1.15 USD. FTMO Points can be used exclusively to purchase services and/or products from FTMO US or our affiliates and cannot be exchanged for cash (real money) or other monetary value.
