FTMO Points can be viewed as “vouchers” that participants can utilise in several ways. The rules described below apply to both FTMO Challenge: 1-Step and FTMO Challenge: 2-Step, unless stated otherwise.
How to earn FTMO Points?
Participants can get FTMO Points in three ways:
- By choosing FTMO Points as the alternative for the Reward withdrawal (whole or part of) to which the participants are entitled based on a particular Signal Provider Agreement during the Reward processing.
- By choosing FTMO Points as the alternative for the fee refund for a previously purchased FTMO Challenge. Please note that fee refunds are available only for FTMO Challenge: 2-Step. The fee paid for FTMO Challenge: 1-Step is non-refundable. Fee refunds can only be transferred to FTMO Points in full, not partially.
- As part of special promotional campaigns, particular rules will be determined during the marketing campaign.
One FTMO Point equals 1.15 USD. It’s important to note that FTMO Points cannot be exchanged for cash (real money) or other monetary value.
How to use FTMO Points?
FTMO Points are displayed in the Client Area under the Profile tab. Participants can use the FTMO Points exclusively to purchase services and/or products from FTMO US or our affiliates. For example, the FTMO Points can be used as a discount when purchasing a new FTMO Challenge or even cover the entire fee (if the participant has FTMO Points corresponding to the FTMO Challenge fee available).
The FTMO Points will be applied to a particular purchase in the following order:
- FTMO Points purchased with the refund for FTMO Challenge or Reward,
- FTMO Points received as part of promotional campaign.
Please be aware that the FTMO Points have an expiration date, which can be checked in the Client Area.
