We start processing your FTMO Challenge as soon as we receive the payment. In most cases, it does not take more than a few hours to process and create your FTMO Challenge account. On rare occasions, it may take up to 24 hours. This applies to both the FTMO Challenge: 1-Step and the FTMO Challenge: 2-Step.
When we create your account, you will receive your FTMO Challenge notification by email, and your login credentials to the simulated trading account can be found directly in your Client Area. Please monitor your mailbox, including spam/junk folders.
Make sure you safeguard your login credentials and that you don’t authorize anybody besides yourself to access them. We cannot be held responsible if your account is accessed by anyone else.
