Who can join FTMO US?

No specific qualifications are required. You must be at least 18 years old and either a legal resident of the United States or, in the case of a company, have a duly authorised representative and be legally incorporated in the United States.

As a legal US resident, you must have a valid U.S. Tax Identification Number (e.g. Social Security Number). Without the U.S. Tax Identification Number, you will not be able to receive a Reward. 

You will also be required to provide proof of ownership for the U.S. bank account where you wish to receive your Reward when requested. 

Additionally, all FTMO Verified Prop Traders are required to submit a completed IRS Form (W-9) as part of the process for receiving their first reward payment. If you are registered in the United States and do not meet the above conditions, please contact us at [email protected] before placing an order for your first FTMO Challenge.

Whether you are a beginner or already an experienced trader looking to improve your skills, you are welcome to join.

For the purposes of eligibility, the United States includes the 50 states as well as the following U.S. territories: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, United States Minor Outlying Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. However, we do not currently accept residents of Arkansas, Delaware, Louisiana, Montana, or South Carolina.

We do not accept:

• Individuals and entities listed on sanction lists, 
• Individuals and entities with criminal records related to financial crime or terrorism, 
• Individuals and entities previously banned for breaching our contractual terms, or
• Legal persons that are company trusts.
