How do I become an FTMO Verified Prop Trader?

In order to become an FTMO Verified Prop Trader (referred to as a “Signal Provider” contractually), you must complete our 2-step Evaluation Process.

Step 1: FTMO Challenge

A demo account in a simulated environment with simulated capital, where you are required to operate the account in accordance with our defined Trading Objectives. You will have superior account conditions in the form of our own FTMO solution with very low commissions and spreads. If you successfully meet all requirements, you will proceed to the second and final step of the evaluation.

Step 2: Verification

A demo account in a simulated environment with simulated capital, where we verify your performance and consistency. The Trading Objective for the Profit Target in the Verification stage is lower compared to the FTMO Challenge phase. After you successfully pass the Verification stage, you may become eligible to advance to an FTMO Verified Prop Trader, subject to an evaluation of your performance. To finalise the Signal Provider Agreement for your FTMO Rewards Account, you will be required to complete an identification process. This includes providing documents and information required by law. Please note that final approval is contingent upon the successful completion of identification procedures in accordance with internal policies

FTMO US does not provide services to individuals or entities listed on sanction lists, individuals or entities with criminal records related to financial crime or terrorism, individuals under 18 years of age, company trusts, and individuals or entities previously banned because of breach of any FTMO US contractual requirements.

Additionally, please note that all participants must be legal residents of the United States, possess a U.S. Tax Identification Number (e.g., Social Security Number), a U.S. bank account, and be able to submit the appropriate IRS Form (W-9). These requirements are necessary to be eligible to receive any Rewards.

Please note that we do not provide services to residents of Arkansas, Delaware, Louisiana, Montana, or South Carolina.

Any of the above non-exhaustive stated reasons may constitute grounds for termination of our relationship.

Please note that the FTMO Rewards Account is not granted based on any previous simulated trading performance or past results with FTMO US, other prop firms, brokers, or any third-party platforms.
