Can I switch between FTMO US and other FTMO entities, such as FTMO Global or FTMO AU?

Yes, but only under the conditions described here. Our services are provided in different regions by different entities, and in case you move between such regions and wish to continue to enjoy our services, you must transfer to the relevant entity.

For transfers between FTMO US and other FTMO Group entities (FTMO Global or FTMO AU) to be possible, certain specific conditions must be fulfilled.

If you are registered under FTMO US but currently reside outside the United States, you should be transferred to FTMO Global or FTMO AU. However, note that you will be able to be transferred to FTMO AU only if you are not a US citizen, as currently, FTMO AU does not accept US citizens.

Before the actual transfer, a forced KYC will be initiated to verify that your current residence is outside the US, and you will be required to provide valid proof of address during this process.

Please note that existing products cannot be transferred between entities due to differing Terms and Conditions. As a result, your existing agreement will need to be terminated before the transfer can take place. If there is any Reward due on the FTMO Rewards Account at the time of termination, it will be processed accordingly. Once your entity is updated, you will be able to start a new FTMO Challenge under the correct entity and proceed under the respective Terms and Conditions. To make the transfer as smooth as possible, your previous history, including your trading history and evaluation results from the previous entity, will be transferred and retained for your and internal reference.

The same logic applies in the opposite direction if you wish to move from FTMO Global or FTMO AU to FTMO US.

Note that any discrepancies or incorrect information identified during the KYC/KYB (FTMO Identity) verification may result in the termination of your Evaluation Course without a refund.
Additionally, if we detect that your residence does not match the entity under which you are registered, you will be required to switch to the appropriate FTMO entity.
