FTMO Challenge

The FTMO Challenge is the first phase. It’s a test of your trading skills with clear, structured rules. Your goal is to show consistent and responsible trading.

Verificaton

Verification is a second phase. You’ll follow the same rules as before, but with a lower Profit Target. This phase is designed to verify consistency.

FTMO Rewards Account

After successfully completing the Identity Verification and consenting to the Signal Provider Agreement, you become an FTMO Verified Prop Trader with FTMO Rewards Account (2-Step).

After you pass all the Trading Objectives in your FTMO Challenge, your Account MetriX will display a notification indicating that the objectives have been met. At this stage, you no longer need to continue using the FTMO Challenge account. We will be automatically alerted that you have passed the Trading Objectives and will proceed to evaluate your results. FTMO Challenge: 1‑Step is a simplified evaluation product that consists of a single evaluation phase. Unlike FTMO Challenge: 2‑Step, it does not include a separate Verification phase.

Restrictions for trading during selected news releases apply only to the Standard account type. The Swing account type does not have any restrictions on trading during any news releases.

For Standard accounts, these restrictions apply only once you start trading on an FTMO Rewards Account. They do not apply during the Evaluation Process.
